Thank you. Do I need to put information down about their father? We won a court case to have them move here.

Wherever it says father's name then you are obligated to fill in his name. And like @rlm1893 stated, bring all documentation for the court case.

I was under the impression you could use the same receipt number for both (as long as you paid the right amount for both of them. I thought there was a page to enter how many you were paying for...

Here is the URL for Ukraine, and you can change the quantity at the end: http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ua_ua/UADepositSlip2.html?fee=62&quantity=2  previously there was a form you picked how many.

Separate receipt number for each applicant as well as separate DS-160. Nice thing about the DS-160 is that it will populate most of mom's information to a new DS-160 form and then you just fill in what is personal to the child. You'll also book the interview scheduling one for mom and one for each child. So if mom and one child for a total of 2 interview appointments.

Hola, nos aprobaron el Caso el 25 de Junio, pero me gustaría saber los tiempos aproximados en la embajada de Bogotá Colombia. No encuentro información de casos Colombianos, y al parecer cada país tiene condiciones diferentes. Ayuda!

Thank you. Is not knowing his address a problem? They haven’t heard from him since 2016. Should we put unknown or put the last known address which we know his not there either?

Thanks,

Unknown is the answer here as you don't know where he is living.

Our status is still "AT NVC" I was browsing the US Embassy where I'm having my interview but it is showing very minimal availability throughout the year 2018, what if my case becomes ready and they have zero appointments available until the end of the year? It says only 3 slots in July, 15 in August, 4 slots in September and Zero for Oct, Nov and Dec. Our NOA2 expires October. What are the possibilities here? Or should I make my appointment now without my NVC and just do my ds160? Thank you in advance.

I cannot speak for your embassy procedure as per whether you can schedule beforehand (check your embassy portal) but I can say there are very few appts available at my embassy either (Canada). I can also tell you that they don't make the appointments available that far in advance (Sept, Oct, Nov, etc). They usually open up the appointments one month in advance at the end of the month. Ie. In the end of July they will open up Sept and end of Aug they will open up Oct. It is a VERY good sign that you still have July dates open at your embassy. In Canada all of the July dates were snatched up by end of May and they just released Aug for us at the end of June and they are nearly all gone already.

Be patient unless your embassy instructs you to schedule the appointment before you receive P3 and P4. If they dont allow you to schedule beforehand you may be just looking at them cancelling your interview. And if you had to make expensive travel plans to get to that embassy (booking of flights) you may be royally screwed.

Fortunately I don't need to travel or take flights to go to the embassy that will do my interview. Thanks for the insight, I will probably call them tomorrow to ask.

They may not have your calendar open from Oct and beyond. Some Embassy's only show the current month and possibly the next month. Your's shows more than most. As far as setting appointment, you can go ahead and set for something in August if you think you are close to receiving your case number. You are allowed to cancel your appointment up to twice without penalty so if you need to cancel no harm done. You can do your DS-160 anytime. The DS - 160 is a document that stands alone. It does not affect anything. It does not need to be finished to do anything else EXCEPT the interview and it can be completed between now and the day before your interview. You can't use it to find any information about your case. You can't use if for anything other than for its original intent and that is for the CO to use during your interview to adjudicate your case. So if you feel the need to complete now, there is no harm in doing so.

Thank you! I might as well schedule the interview ahead, since our case is already at nvc and hopefully soon it will be on transit. All the paperworks of my fiance such as the affidavit of support and supporting documents to that we have collected already, im only missing medical ofcourse.

This might be a silly question but I want to ask, do I need to print my chat logs for proof of ongoing relationship in a colored ink or black and white will be fine. This will be one of the documents that I’ll bring with me in my Manila Embassy interview. Please help 😊
