Those open dates can change in a heartbeat. They may not be available when you go to book the interview.

I'm glad you have your case number. Now it's time to rock and roll. Follow Hanks website here http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/k-1-visa-application.html

Move over to the sub-forum for the Philippines http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/ and ask your questions. Folks over hear, bless their souls, are trying to get their arms around the process for their Embassy and most Embassy's are different from each other. Lots of experts in the SF who will be glad to help.

BTW, for others who are waiting on their case number. Begin calling after 10 business days. Any sooner and you are wasting your time. @PME & MCGA are an example. Could have waited and called  on day 14 or 15 and would have been closer to the actual time that their case number was ready.

Anywhooo…. good luck.

I showed the guard first the screenshot he didn't accept. I explained that I tried to email NVC for the case number to be email but no response. That however, I have prepared an statement letter to SLEC. He said okay. He let me in.

At the reception I got asked again for NVC letter, I told the lady the same. She read my letter, and she just said, okay just sign here (my info page they printed) and write your statement. She didn't keep my letter. My statement was: I'm willing to undergo Medical Exam and will not hold your medical liable in the event my case number deemed incorrect. I was there 6:30 am finished 10am. Going back tom for Vaccination.

Thank you but Correct me if I'm wrong. So you mean I can bring a screenshot taken from the ceac website showing my case being ready and my case number? And a statement letter will let you undergo the whole medical process?

How about you  @Dave_and_Jessa what did you bring during your medical? Were you able to have your NVC letter with or your appointment letter. I don't know what it's actually called

Seems like that whole conversation revolves around the Phillapines procedure.

Cant tell where you are from though as your profile and timeline is blank.

I have seen the links weeks ago and they were a big help in understanding and preparing for the next steps. Thank you for your help!😊

One of the members of the October forum told everyone to start calling after a week from NOA2, which was not really a good idea in retrospect. @Greenbaum is right. Start calling after 14 days and save time for yourself and the NVC people.

You are required to have scheduled a visa appointment with USEM. You will be required to present your appointment letter sent by the National Visa Center or an e-mail confirmation from the Visa Information and Appointment Service or you may print off a copy of your appointment confirmation page after you have scheduled your appointment online to begin your medical exam.

If you have anyone of those documents and you run into resistance from the security guard at the front door then gently ask the guard to let you go to the registration desk. They will normally 99.99% let you in with those documents. A year or so ago I had emailed SLEC and ask them what was needed in order to get in for the medical and that's the information that they gave me.

You can send it to him/her now I think. Every embassy is different in terms of evidence, and there's a ton of guides on here for the Philippines, so I'll let someone else point them out, as I've never gone and looked at them since I am Ukraine.

We front loaded our applicaiton with an I-134 and my lawyer said that is fine, but I made sure my fiance has a copy of it, plus my 2017 tax transcript, W-2, last pay stub, and employment verification letter.  None of that needs the case number. You'll probably need the case number before scheduling the medical exam and doing the DS-160 online, and whatever else Philippines might require.

Hi @x_driven_x can my fiance who is the petitioner send me just the scanned copies of the i134 and updated letter of intent to marry with his signature on it?

Yes scanned copies are fine. If the petitioner has been married before then you will need a copy of his/her divorce papers or death certificate. The beneficiary submits a CENOMAR but the petitioner submits DP and/or DC that's the difference between the PI and the USA. Both the Filipino and American CO's will ask for those documents.
