Thanks. I already have a case number.

Great! Shouldn't be too much longer. They will send you an e-mail if you gave it to them once in transit (mine went to my junk mail so be careful).

Yes Yes and Yesssssssss!!!!! Our NVC case is ready!!!!!!

NOA1: November 10, 2017
NOA2: June 1, 2018

NVC#: June 19 2018
NVC Ready: June 27 2018 (June 28th Philippines)

It is interested the NVC date ready is 6/28 because that is the current date in the Philippines.

We could have scheduled our interview in the Philippines on July, 9, 2018 but my loving fiance said she wanted to take things slowly to think through each stage carefully.

Anyone else NVC status is ready?

NVC Ready.png

Did you get any email about this update? I'm just curious as to how can we make sure that it's already at USEM? Ours says 'ready' as well. I just really need to make sure.

And one more question did your fiance get her CENOMAR? Is it necessary to state the purpose that it's for US EMBASSY or Travel is ok to be stated there.

@Greenbaumwill be tagging you. I'm sure you know this

If the website says "ready" then your case is ready. Trust the process.

Make sure your NBI is in searched on all names used and all spellings that you have seen used or you have used. That's commonly referred to as AKA's.

Also, the "for travel" statement is fine.

Hi All,

Its my first time writing here I got my NA02 approval notice date is 6-9-2018. I have called NVC today but they still haven't received my case. What is the timeframe to expect the case number and invoice ID. Also once I get the case number & Invoice ID my fiancé can fill out the DS-160 and print the confirmation page after that we have to wait possibly another 2 to 3 weeks until it reaches the embassy right? My question is when can we do the medical and book the interview? Also can we go ahead and pay the visa fee along with DS-160 once we receive the case number. Any advise would be much appreciated my fiancé embassy will be Islamabad, Pakistan.

BTW, with regards to this appointment letter coz I think I'll be needing it for setting the medical exam. How will I be able to have that bc as what I remembered, you told me before that USEM do not send P3 to beneficiaries.

SLEC wants the Interview letter from the National Visa Center (NVCOR Visa Interview Appointment Confirmation from the Embassy (just print off a screen shot of the confirmation page once your appointment has been secured) either or. Check your spam file as sometimes it lands there. USEM is beginning to send out P3 via email more frequently.

I'm already thinking of setting appointments that's why I'm getting worried about this. TIA, you really are such a big help to us☺️

Yes the interview letter is normally sent to the petitioner at his address of record. Now since most of the time we are seeing delays of up to a month or so, that's why we want you to call NVC and get the case number. Once you have that number, for the Philippines, you get this whole process done as quick as you can. It's up to you.

Are you following the links and instructions at Hank's website because he spells out everything so there is no need to be "second" guessing anything you are told. You have to trust the process or you will delay or fail.

http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/k-1-visa-application.html

After getting notified and receiving your NOA2 send an email to NVC asking for them to email both you and your fiancé if any updates occur. In the past they have replied when your case was received from USCIS, another when your case number has been assigned and when your case is being sent out to your Embassy without you having to make any further queries by phone. Here is where you send this information to:

Email address: NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

Subject: Your receipt #

Body: Petitioner's Complete Name Birthday ; Beneficiary's Complete Name Birthday

Or use the online form

I just had my medical today SLEC. I don't have the NVC letter. But I brought with me NVC screenshot and a simple letter address to SLEC stating that I will not hold them liable in the event the case number deemed incorrect.

I showed the guard first the screenshot he didn't accept. I explained that I tried to email NVC for the case number to be email but no response. That however, I have prepared an statement letter to SLEC. He said okay. He let me in.

At the reception I got asked again for NVC letter, I told the lady the same. She read my letter, and she just said, okay just sign here (my info page they printed) and write your statement. She didn't keep my letter. My statement was: I'm willing to undergo Medical Exam and will not hold your medical liable in the event my case number deemed incorrect. I was there 6:30 am finished 10am. Going back tom for Vaccination.
