@Greenbaum

You are the bomb ! Thank you.  I already filled out the DS160 once our case got to NVC.  We have all the needed docs for the interview, we are locked and loaded for this.  Now to keep saying the serenity prayer and put this in God's hands !

Mayi&Mimi congrats to you and so like us we are almost at the finished line  so blessings to you the rest of the way through. Guys Like Greenbaum has really been a blessing to have on these forums and have been very helpful to me and  so many people here on Visajourney. I think I owe him a case of Red Horse beer after all the help he's given to me. Congrats and may God bless you both!!

@Greenbaum No, what I meant was If I go to USA on B1/B2 (during my K1 petition) and any Customs Patrol Officer denies me entry since it is totally at his/her discretion - I was asking for examples of such cases in past since you have such a vast experience n knowledge. Thanks!

You may want to try and do a search for that information. Like you said some do and some don't. I have heard of both. But to search you will see the search box up and to the right. Type in your search criteria and you should get many examples.

My fiance has completed his DS-160 application and we recieved the case # and invoice # today. What are we suppose to do next and when can we schedule the interview and medical?

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

@GreenbaumThanks for all the advice and patience on my questions over the past few months really do appreciate it my friend.I mentioned in the post above about her CFO class and so do I need to register her on the GCP site? most likely because I know I can't register her in the PDOS. I know sound simple but anyway talk to you soon my friend!!

Your welcome and my pleasure.

The GCP is required for fiancé or spouse of foreign national, dual citizen or former Filipino citizen. The attendance in the CFO’s GCP in Manila and Cebu is done on online registration. Click this website http://www.cfo.gov.ph/gcp.html for you to have an online appointment/reservation.

And ours. :)

They seem to send them in bulk. All the different dates after ours are in transit the same date.

Congratulations, everyone! :)

Now it's up to the embassy to speed up or slow down the process.

Moscow embassy doesn't have any interview dates these days.

Well I sure hope tomorrow is the next day they send them out!

Hi @RyanMaria 2018 how long did it take before your status changed from "at nvc" to "in transit"?

No the medical in the Philippines is very simple. Two day process and on the second day the file is given to the beneficiary to carry to their interview. I know some who finished the day before the interview.
