Also check “next door” with IOM in Kenya, I’ve heard people say they can have good flight deals. (I know there’s an iom in Uganda but not sure if it does that stuff there too, though probably good to check with them first).

This might be helpful, a friend told me about IOM Kenya, i emailed still waiting for their response. I'm not sure about the location of IOM Uganda. xx
