Hi, I just sent my AOS package in and got my NOA1 on text but no hard copy yet.

I guess i have to wait around 3 months till a year to get my GC. No idea how long will it take..

Well, I can’t work now. Curious what you do at home ? Stay at home? Socialize ? Any advice when you can’t work now ? And it is a pretty long waiting period! I have to adimit that sometimes I do feel bored. Haha.

Oh yeah! I feel you. Boredom is technically my new bestfriend now. Lol

I have been waiting for exactly 4 months now. Still no AP and EAD.  And to top that I can't drive yet. Yes socializing is really important. I have made friends to the wives of the friends of my husband. They sometimes pick me up to do shopping or hiking. I also go to the gym and do running in the nearby park. You can also try learning new hobby. I play the guitar back in Philippines and now I'm trying to learn more new songs. My husband also bought me 2 cats. Seriously, this stage is pretty tough but we'll get through this😊

Yeah. It is not really a vacation you know. It is basically just waiting. Got to find something to do. I just sent my package in and I still have a long way to go. I have been in the USA literally a month now. And basically everyday I just sleep and read and go out sometimes. Haha. Thinking to join some clubs or do something fun. Don’t want to waste this period!

Thanks for you advice! Cheers 🍻
