Can someone tell me where to find an “ approved  by the Consular” location , other than  the one they suggest( which prices are outrageous) where my fiancé can get his physical and any vaccines needed ? Thank you

In the Domkncan Republic he lives in Puerto Plata- Guananico is a good location for him also? Thanks

I don't know about Dominican Republic specifically, but it would make sense that as long as he gets the vaccines by a licensed doctor, and has the paperwork to prove it, they would be accepted at the physical.  That's what happens in Costa Rica.

As far as I know, the physical has to be done by a doctor on the list supplied by the embassy.

If these costs are too much, get ready because they get worse once he lands.  Greencard fee is $1000+.  You have to support him for a long while since he won't be able to work.

Both are in Santo Domingo. Do NOT go elsewhere or else you will waste time and money. The fee is $275.

You are about to waste you money on a non approved physician. Here is why I say that. If your medical facility has a two tier pricing, one for the exam and the other for the vaccinations then their is a possibility that you could save some money on the vaccines if they were done separate of your exam. In another words with someone outside the approved Embassy medical facility. BUT, you need the medical facility to transpose your vaccination receipt from outside to the DS-3025 and that the form states that vaccinations are complete. Without that document you will face a higher cost to meet those requirements for the AOS from a US CS because if you do not have a DS-3025 that states vaccinations are complete then you will need to see a CS who will charge $65 to $250 to transpose your vaccination receipt to the I-693 which you will submit in lieu of the DS-3025.

Here is what you Embassy states.

All immigrant visa applicants, regardless of age, require a medical examination prior to the issuance of a visa.  Only a physician accredited by the U.S. Embassy can perform this exam.  It is your responsibility to schedule a medical exam with one of the doctors listed below before your visa interview appointment at the U.S. Embassy. Medical examination results from other physicians will not be accepted.
