ok i did it. arrival in us is dec 6, 2013. but my problem is i put dec 5 for my last day in philippines. but basically im still in the philippines dec 6, 2013 at the airport. usa and philippines is 24 hrs difference. so i dont know if should i follow the dec 6 for last day in philippines or just let dec 5?

August 30, 2013----------- NOA2 Hardcopy recieved by mail.

August 30, 2013----------- Status regarding that they shipped the approved or re-affirmed case to the department of state for visa processing.

September 09, 2013-------- My fiance called nvc hotline today sept 12, 213 at 12 mdnight here. and sept 11, 2013 at 12 nn in usa.. then

finally got our mcn.. the lady said it was recieved by nvc sept 09..

September 16, 2013-------- NVC LETTER recieved by mail.

October 09, 2013----------- medical passed ( k1 and k2 )

October 18, 2013-----------instruction letter from usem recieved

October 23, 2013-----------Interview approved BUT GOT 221G- CENOMAR REVERIFICATION.

NOV 21 2013 MY DAUGHTER VISA ISSUED

November 25, 2013 VISA ON HAND FINALLY

OATH TAKING = september 18, 2018 in springfield armory, massachusetts officer gave me the oath schedule right after the interview. he told me to wait outside and sit and wait for the paper for the sched interview.
FIELD OFFICE= The Whitcomb Building in Springfield MA.( was under lawrence, massachusetts field office)
The officer who interviewed me told that they do 2x a month interview at The whitcomb building in springfield Ma but they are from laurence , MA field office.
 

GC-Date: The 'Resident Since' Date located on your first green card
Sent: Date N-400 was mailed to USCIS
Cashd: Date your check was cashed / credit card was charged by USCIS
NOA: Receipt Notice Date Printed on your official I-797 notification
Fprints: Date assigned for fingerprinting (Bio-metrics)
In Line: Date you received e-notification about the start of your interview shceduling
Int Ltr: Date you received the official letter in the mail regarding interview
Interview: Date of your interview
Oath: Date Oath taken

It's actually 12 hours difference not 24 hours. So you should use Dec 6 instead of Dec 5.

The initial wait time was 12 months back in June and currently, it is showing at 10 months even though my interview is around the corner.

What a difference!!  I'm hoping we'll be that lucky in LA.  I will say I have a friend who interviewed there back in June who had about a 7-month wait, and her timeline said 12 months as well.  So there's hope.

was your i-751 pending at the time you applied for n400? Or had you receive your 10 year green card before you applied for n400?

According to her timeline she got her 10 year GC on June 5, 2017.
