They send k1 cases to the country of beneficiary’s last physical address.

You should contact the consulate/embassy in Pakistan and ask them to request a transfer from London.

Your noa2 has your embassy written on it??

oh wait it’s the second type of noa2 (they have 2 different wordings)

if yours say that you can try discussing with nvc, but if your case is already at London, then you just need to contact consulate/embassy in Pakistan side and ask them to request it from London (this part for transfer is same as your case is already out of NVC)

I just spoke to an NVC rep and they said that they don't work with K1 visa and i would have to wait until it reaches the embassy in the uk. It's still at NVC. Urghhhhhhhh

This is frustrating.

Thank you so much for your help.

Good luck... don’t worry this happens a lot unfortunately because of lack of information on k1 and NVC relation.

just figure out the ways to contact with the embassy you want it to go so you can just send your request for transfer right away.
