I have uploaded the AOS package on NVC site (ceac) and have not submitted them yet. All the documents I have attached shows as not viewable. Will they be viewable to NVC after I submit them. Anyone else experienced the same thing.

My husband already submitted the IV package and I saw all of his documents were viewable after he uploaded them  before the submission.

No. Escalated to a supervisor when I called today and was told will get it before the end of next week Tuesday. How about you?

No need to wait for Friday at 8 weeks mark.  I hope I don't have to escalate to a supervisor.  You couldn't escalate it at 8 weeks mark exactly?

One TAL case I saw here last year, also a Nigerian lasted alittle over 2months because it is usually sent to Washington DC for a proper review.

The several date change means they are working on your case.

Don't mind the little delay, your visa will be issued soon by God's grace.

Thank you @Abies for the feedback. I guess I have to relax then. I was thinking iit will last 2-3wks.

You must exhaust the 8weeks before your calls can mean something to nvc

8weeks 1day,I called and the rep I spoke with told me she's going to send it to her supervisor then my husband called after 2hours later and was told it has been sent to a supervisor
