Hey guess ur non pivot. And may i know was ur case expedited to the supervisor?

Correct, we are non-pivot. I asked the cases to be sent to the supervisor at the 8 week+ 1 day mark and called the day (8 weeks+ 2 days) after that to be be sure they sent it and the rep I spoke to sent them to her supervisor as well.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get the email from NVC with the instructions after you receive case number? They said it could take up to 4 weeks!! That’s bs after waiting 8+ weeks for a case number!!

For mine a pivot case the email came about 2 days after getting a case number.

Nope, I got a checklist on the 6th so waiting for that to be reviewed. I know exactly how you feel, it's dragged on. Thankfully, you got to skip the torturous wait of the I-130 at least! You can always check the CC to INterview spreadsheet if you want to get a better idea of when they schedule interviews for Spain.

I just got interview for July 23rd :). good luck to everyone
