my idiot lawyer uploaded the civil documents the wrong way. How long does it take to cc after a reupload? our affidavit was accepted but I just resubmitted the civil documents

About the same time as when submitting last until the checklist now. 

It would be nice if you could update your timeline....which since it's not brings me to the question when your paperwork for AOS and IV has been initially submitted?

And yeah I know the feeling....it really sucks. We got a checklist on June 14th (initially submitted May 26th) so we're hoping to hear back by Friday or early next week.

yea but its ridiculous that I'm paying an attorney thousands of dollars and they upload documents incorrectly

That is correct. And you're not the first person on here having experienced something like this that's why we did our paperwork ourselfs cause I didn't trust anyone with it. The orientation thing is pretty inconsistent tho as far as I have heard so it might not actually have been his fault (if it wasn't upside down lol). They literally told me on the phone that some officers want it one way and the others want it the other....not quite fair but apparently unfortunately the way it is

Yea I saw that it happened to others I should have done it myself. I provided them with the correct documents and all they had to do was upload it right side up that's ridiculous
