hi all we got our case number/invoice number yesterday .. a quick questtion ..can the petitioner sign in Choice of agent document and submit it ?

cos am the applicant and my husband is the petitioner..

Yes, anyone among the petitioner, the applicant or the attorney (in case there is one) can be chosen as the agent. :)
