On the CEAC website I have uploaded all the Affidavit of Support and Financial Evidence documents, including my W2s, tax returns, etc. The status shows "Uploaded", however when I am unable to click or view the documents that I uploaded. The links for the Civil Documents I uploaded are active and fine, but not the Affidavit of Support/I-864/pay stubs documents. Did anyone else experience this? I am hesitant to submit given all the comments above on getting a checklist and having to resubmit and delaying the whole process.

I don't think I was able to view any of mine once I uploaded either, but I uploaded them all in pdf so it shouldn't change when they see it.

(2) When you say don't submit all tax docs in one file -- the links asks for "FEDERAL INCOME TAX RETURN OR TRANSCRIPT" - so if I don't include all the transcripts, then where to include them? In additional AOS docs? What if they look at the main link and the transcript is not there?

 

(3) I filed extension for my 2017 taxes, but have transcripts for the 2016, 2015, 2014. I show the extension form and the amount paid. hope that's enough.

 

(4) Any other tips?? Just want to make sure I do this right!

If you have filed extension for 2017 taxes, attach an explanation letter for not filing taxes ( if you don't attach it, its possible that you will get a checklist asking explanation) I did file an extension and submitted the extension transcript and few days letter I realized that I did not submit the explanation letter ( I read somewhere that some people got a checklist asking for that letter) I went back and submitted it later and yesterday all my documents got accepted.

 

When you are scanning your tax transcripts, W-2 forms-- scan all of them individually and save in individual files ( do not save all 3years tax paper in 1 single file). You will be able to upload all of them individually by clicking on add a document tab.

Our IV and AOS package was received yesterday. How long does it take until CC for non-pivot cases?

My case status changed to “at NVC” and immediately called the nvc and told us it was case complete.. 

 

Case Number: 5/23

Submitted aos and iv: 06/08

Scan date : 06/13 

Cc: 06/21 

 

93days from “sent to DOS” to CC 

Non pivot

Embassy : Manila Philippines

My package was delivered 06/11 they confirmed they received it . But after a week when my hubby called again a representative said they just got my case in their system 06/13  wait for 6 weeks , i think that was the scan date  😂😂😂
