Same invoice number. The non-pivot system is just slow, so just try again tomorrow. If it still doesn't work, call NVC

Sorry to bother you again. I am confused. I just paid the IV processing fee. Do I submit ds 260 online when it says paid or do I submit ds 230 together with my docs through snail mail? Thanks.

You can submit DS 260 as soon as it opens up after you've paid the fees and the supporting documents can be sent even before that, you don't have to wait to complete the DS 260.

Hey all!

Last night my wife had a dream we got the interview letter, and today there it was! :D

The interview letter came to both of us via email and contained the date of the interview. Then a couple of hours later I got an email from the consulate with specific information for the medical exam and interview (I'm the applicant). Our Case Complete date was 29 May, and our interview is set for 24 July at the Auckland consulate. We're not a PIVOT case.

So excited for the final leg of this long journey!

Somethings that worried me about the IV application; on work and school history it didn't ask for my wife's school and work history.  It only asked what her occupation is now and what she plans on working in when she arrives, which i put she will go to english classes to get a better grasp of the language and then maybe eventually get back into wedding planning and floral design.  After this on the next page it asked if she did military service.  I said no since she never served.  After that it skipped to the next section.

My wife (derivative beneficiary of my EB2) had the same questions in her form. Apparently the questionnaire differs from country to country, or maybe depends on the age, who knows. We got CC with these forms and didn't complain :)

Thanks and that is encouraging. What was your USCIS approval date?

hello everyone I got my police certificate clearance last month but I noticed it is only valid for 3 months and i really thought its 6 months and with the look of things the 3 months might elapse before my interview date, if that happens will I need to get another new police certificate clearance.thanks alot

Hi.

Please is the police report part of the documents to be submitted to NVC,or it's just to take along to interview?

Luck for you. But I am aware of (because I work at law firm) a lot of cases that were rejected because of requiring signature.
