My case was received by NVC on May 31 and today I called and they asked for names and DOB. :-) I hadn't called in a couple of weeks so maybe they would have asked for this earlier too. Just thought this might help people with a receive date similar to mine. Good luck to us all!

Anyone else have delays in getting a case number after the eight weeks?? NVC confirms receiving our case on April 25th and to date we still don’t have a case number...  i’m going to explode! After over 13 months at the Nebraska center, and a month waiting for them to send it, now two months at NVC and still no case number !! HELP!!!

Eight weeks for me was last Friday and still nothing, but I kept calling and last night they finally had a case number for me! They kept telling me they were running a few days behind. They received my case on April 20th so if that's the case you should be getting yours within a day or two. I hope you do!

Received case complete on Monday (6/18) after receiving a checklist on Friday (6/15). So happy it only took one business day to review resubmitted documents! Documents were originally uploaded on 6/01. Pivot case, United Kingdom

Hello everyone, I've been following this forum for a while now and decided to sign up. Heres my situation, my case was approved on April 3rd, received an email on April 17th claiming it was send to NVC, I called NVC after the 6, 7th, and 8th week and my case was no where to be found. Sent emails to the research department and no luck. After a second email to the research department I decided to contact the USCIS myself and explained what was happening with my case and they opened an investigation. 2 days later out of curiosity checked the website for any update. And got an update that my case has been sent to NVC on June 7th, 2018. And now waiting the 6 more weeks to see if they do receive it this time. Anyone else had this problem?

I had similar problem although USCIS has not been able to give me an update or a new date yet. Effectively I am in a limbo waiting for some future date to be given and God knows when that will be. For you,  at least you have a date!!
