Does the NVC send you a different invoice to pay the IV processing fee? I couldn't pay for it though my AOS fee now says PAID. There is no option to click.

In my case, although they asked me for W2, they didn't send me a checklist. When I logged into CEAC site, my documents were accepted and there was a message left for me that said upload W2s for 2017. I hope they will just tell you to bring W2 to the interview instead of sending you a checklist.

Same invoice number. The non-pivot system is just slow, so just try again tomorrow. If it still doesn't work, call NVC.

You need to call everyday,

one of the rep told me they are  overbooked , if that is the case on my opinion they need to hire  more people or create a system where we can  track our cases at least instated to call them everyday to hear the same answer.

 

i dont believe they process cases base of the date they received it from USCIS.

Don’t worry!! As ramesesthe2nd said, if they ask, it is not a checklist... it is a checklist when you don’t send the required documents correctly. If you did, everything will be ok!!! Good luck!!!

There are instructions there on the police certificate in general. I’d assume full disclosure is better as they want to see if any crimes were ever committed. Make sure associated with fingerprints. If I were you I’d contact the consulate that’s supposed to interview to ask this question. I believe it’s Sydney.

I have my cc since june 08..till now no date for interview
