Wish that were true, but my status is "At NVC", and I have a checklist. I know of one other who has had a checklist and also has the same status. It's simply not reliable and I wish people would stop telling others it is a CC for sure.

How is your case looking like? Is everything accepted in the main website?

Which documents did you have to send back?

Nope, still waiting, but don't care anymore. New plan doesn't involve the government woohoo! I do expect a CC either end of this week or next week though and I've stopped checking. Just waiting for the e-mail to tell me to login for a new message.

I was just asking because we got a checklist too... but it was for 2 different things... one was my fault and another one was just extra stuff that they asked (w-2). So my husband's part is accepted even though we also uploaded the extra stuff.. and mine is submitted because it was a mistake.

That sucks. You'll probably get CC too next week given our similar timelines. Hoping the best for you.

I also submitted optional additional docs which was not required. nvc stated they don't accept multiple file together. but I still got cc email that all docs approved & accepted and the case in queue for interview. check your email if you got any email stating the same.

I wish!! But Brazil requires 2 police certificates () and I just uploaded one... so they asked to upload both... That is why I don't have a CC yet

NVC recived: 04-25-2018

 

Week 8 still no case, just called she said wait until Thursday if no case num will forward to a supervisor. 

Why i have to wait until then ,, why is not done automatically since i m the 8th week, 

Why cases recived after mine got case #already 

 

People with case been forward to a supervisor how long did u wait to get case # ?

to make sure if your DS 260 is disappear on website that means your cc is done

However our visa class status is cr1 on the nvc  website. Would it be change to ir1 at any point since that we would have passed 2 years of marriage by the time of the interview? 

once your cc is done it will changed to IR1 and I was CR1 too but it changed after CC is done

have your  civil documents ready and I864 and most importantly get your police certificate from Passport office, so once you are done with DS260 online you can send documents right away. i m aslo from india.
