It will not change the date of document review if you upload the explanation now, but I'd definitely do it soon since cc's seem to be coming fast for end of May right now. I too messed up the I-864EZ form and the revised one was accepted.I also was worried I had reset my document review counter. I got a checklist for a different item ironically enough after stressing out about the form.

Thank you for your reply!! I will definitely upload my explanation as soon as I get home..

Same invoice number and case number. You still have to pay IV fee ($325) before you can do DS260 and NVC processes your case. Immigrant visa fee ($220) is due after the interview, if you are granted a visa.

When I logged into CEAC, I couldn't pay the IV fee. Is it because my AOS fee is still in process?

I hope they review your docs soon... not delaying for unknown weeks... I saw that you are going to have an interview at Montreal as well.... The way all the things are going looks like we will be getting an august interview....  :(

Ya, I think so too re August interview. I'm a lot more chill nowadays after getting the checklist because we changed our plans entirely after so many delays with NVC. It was the final straw that broke my back. I'm actually hoping to delay interview at this point by a month or two since I won't be entering US regardless until end of November so we qualify for IR1 instead of CR1.

Good Luck for further process.... I know this entire process is really tiring and way too long...

Happy Monday folks!

My iv&aos package arrived on the 14th at nvc but yet to be in their system.

Any of the non-pivot cases here knows when to expect my package to be in their system?

My one arrived in the same date. They confirmed receiving the package this date. I will call to nvc tomorrow.

That’s all I can do I guess.. I’m so frustrated I want to scream!

Also curious in preparing the NVC packet how many pages of chats/Skype would you recommend including? All our communication is via Skype unless I’m there (every 6 months)..

2-3 Screenshots of chats/skype from every month will suffice as well as other supporting documents for ongoing marital relationship.

My NVC received date was May 1st so I'm 6days behind you
