This time for the first time they did ask for the beneficiary and petitioner name & date of birth so I am hoping its moving forward. When I asked if a supervisor is reviewing it, they did not confirm it. So maybe it was sent back from supervisor (or never got sent to supervisor in the first place).

We waited for ten weeks. I thought it was never going to happen. Now that they ask for more information, you'll get the case number soon.

So I got a checklist today.....

 

They accepted all our uploaded documents, except my birth certificate and Irish police certificate because...

 

" This document is not in the right-side up position. Please replace this with a scan which displays the words horizontally on the screen."

 

 ...so naturally I downloaded the two documents in question, and the words go from left to right on the screen, they are already horizontal !

 

Please explain to me what drugs these NVC employees are smoking!!!

they all contracted employee and some of them really dont have proper knowledge of process.

so i submitted my documents 06/05 and  i just checked the status and its mention that they are reviewing my DS261 choice of agent and if i dont hear from them before 2018-06-01 then i need to contact them. i m like really #######

Did you ask for a supervisor to review this? We have had other cases recently were the petitioner/applicant brought it forward to the supervisors attention and the decision was reversed within a day or less.

So my 'Dear NVC' letter must have worked, because I re-uploaded the two rejected documents and 30 minutes late, I got a....

 

"DOCUMENTARILY QUALIFIED".

 

....waiting for interview date assignment.

Now Status is changed to AT NVC what does that mean???

That is suppose to mean your case is completed and now you wait for interview date. It's better to call and confirm.

So I just got the email with the case number and all. I immediately went ahead and submitted DS 261. How long should I wait for them to allow me to pay the fees?

Does anyone know how many days does it take the nvc to put the AOS&IV package in their system once arrived?

I just got the email and proceeded to submitting the DS-261. When can I pay the fees? Can you pay both the AOS and visa fee at the same time?
