Almost 2 weeks. Expedite request due to financial hardship, hurricane Irma had destroyed parts of my home that’s still currently being remodeled.

Thank you. did they ask for documentation or you attached all ahead ? I put a request yesterday.

After you get case number, you need to pay AOS and IV fees, it will take 4-5 business days for status to change to 'paid'. Then you will  complete DS-260 and upload documents on CEAC website. Then you wait for CC. It's been 2 weeks now, I am still waiting for CC

I submitted all documents this morning (Pivot case) but the status site still says  to submit documents. Normal?

Call them tomorrow. It happened to my and the next day I called them and gave me the invoice #

They also gave me the invoice number but no email yet. I just called and they said email could be sent anytime from today to four weeks. Ugh! Can it really take that long?
