So just a update. I sent an expedite request to NVC on 5.29.18 and they reply to receipt of the expedite on 5.30.18. Almost 2 weeks later (6.12.18)  I found out embassy accepted my expedite request and I was approved. I found out via supervisor from NVC, they told me to be on the look out for my case and invoice number because it was expedited NVC will move a little faster getting me my case and invoice number. Once I receive the email my case will be sent directly to embassy for processing. Expedite approved without a case or invoice number just in case anyone was wondering.

My I-130 was approved on May 25th by Texas Service Center.

1) Can anyone advise how long I should expect to wait until NVC receives my case?  I called USCIS customer care and they stated it could take up to 90 days just for NVC to receive!  Is that likely?

2) Will my Case Status on the USCIS website change once they have shipped it out?  Or will it always remain on "We have approved your case"

3) Has the NVC processing stage been reduced in time at all?  Or can I still expect about 2 months until I am CC?

Hey ur id name is quite apt here .. patience is the key..

Different service take differnt periods of time in sending the case frm uscis to nvc.. i heard tsc takes about 2 months .. having said that call nvc after two weeks to know if they have recieced ur case.

It will change to send to dept of state which is nvc.

Well the sad news is.. it will take up to 4 months at nvc till interview.

Congrats! What is 221g? You mean they are not accepting pics without makeup? They want pics with makeup?

If they need more document they give 221g. so we were given with pics without makeup (pics without makeup)

Does anyone know if resubmitting a document on CEAC before one expects a checklist sets the clock back to day one?

We initially submitted the AOS and DS-260 plus documents on May 7th/8th. Got a checklist on May 24th for a document that was previously totally acceptable.

We have had no review of our resubmitted documents so far. If I would upload something now, would it set back the time?

Guys, does anyone know? I appreciate your help.

They now take time to review re-submitted docs. Mine took 20 days to review a doc that was uploaded in a different orientation.

So just wait. They initially reviewed my docs on May 9th and I uploaded the "checklist" doc the same day and then they reviewed it on May 29th.

I honestly don't know, cause if I recall correctly @skyzee re-submitted form I-864 before review cause it had a mistake and it didn't set back the clock.

I think doesn't have logic, unfortunately. But I feel your pain. I am in the same boat, waiting for reviewing my resubmitted documents. :(
