NVC Filers - June 2018

Just gave NVC call and aaargh!! Since we still don't have case number (pivot, 10 weeks +), it was supposed to be forwarded to the supervisor 2 weeks ago. I have called also during those weeks and just the usual answer that no case number yet. Lady who I talked today said it has not been forwarded to the supervisor. She promised to get it done right after we hang up. It better get done this time 

 

Other very confusing thing is that its already second time at least where they tell me that NVC received a case in totally another date than it was actually received. This time they "received" it on 29th of May (last time it was some other date in May) and again I had to correct them that no, you actually received it on 29th of March. Any idea why they might not see the correct date?

still waiting for the the fees to change to paid, pivot case. They have cleared from the bank since Saturday and the case check link says to complete ds-260. still says "in process" on ceac for both fees. should i call them to ask why or is this still normal and i should wait more?

Tomorrow morning is mine interview at Islamabad embassy.
Need your prayers.😇
IR-2 Expedited case.
Hopefully there wont be any more delays as case is expedited by islamabad embassy due to(age_out case).
Excited and nervous due to hearing of some bad experiences of people in Islamabad embassy.
Hopefully tomorrow this journey will end🙂

It should be completely processed by tomorrow Insha Allah. keep checking.

Checked ceac it says at nvc called to confirm case complete and as of today we successfully submitted all our documents jus waiting on the interview🤗🤗🤗

The checklist worry is real. I'm glad we didn't get one either.

 

So, what can go wrong now? I'm seriously asking anyone who has an idea. What are interview issues? We just have to show up and be a legit couple now right? That's the easiest part!

Just called NVC and received a case # over the phone .  I called this morning and was told that they are gonna send it for supervisor review so I was surprised to find out that they were able to create it in less than a day.

 

Still have to wait for the email but this is great progress! Finally after 8 weeks...a light at the end of the tunnel.

I’ve heard ppl say that’s the easiest part! We will see for ourselves very soon🤞🤞🤞🤞

Happy to be lucky on this one, but I will hold my future updates, as it apparently upsets a lot of people, all rightfully frustrated about their cases. 

Please don't. Your updates help others out! I don't understand why folks can't just be happy for you and understand that this whole process is different for everyone.
