No, it will continue to say that until you receive a case complete. Then it will read At NVC. Does all of your documents read submitted on CEAC? If so then you’re all good. And by all good I mean to wait for a case complete. :)

So i guess this conflict of updates applies to me too? My fees are still "in process" on CEAC but says we have received your fees and to submit DS260 now on the tracker. The bank shows the deduction of funds is processing. When i log into CEAC the start now button (pivot case) for both IV and AOS are still disabled. So that means fees should be accepted and DS260 should open up any time?

Right. The fees on CEAC must show “paid” before you can begin the DS260. I know it super confusing. I had to call NVC and luckily I had a very helpful representative explain it to me.

Whenever funds are clear from your bank account, expect PAID status the next day. I paid both fees on 5/29 and it showed PAID on 5/31. Until then you can not start further process. Hope this helps.

Once nvc received your case it will take upto 8 weeks to get case and invoice number. You can collect all necessary documents now but you have to wait until get case number for next steps.

First u got to wait 2 to 4 weeks for nvc to receive ur case from uscis and then wait 8 to 10 weeks for case number and then the real process begins .. meanwhile gather all the documents needed for nvc stage .. the wait sucks.. but no option other than hanging in there. All the best.
