Not a lot of Brazilians there but the three of us can add our data and help people who come after us. And don't worry too much. I am sure you will get your interview soon, and just be happy you are at the end of the NVC process instead of the beginning like me. :-) It's the home stretch!

Thank you so much for the link ☺️ I’ve just received the notice on email my interview was scheduled to July 2nd 🎈and don’t worry, once you get the case number, everything on NVC is going to be super fast (:

Fellow USC petitioners, what exactly are the documents that you've included in your IV packet? I have all the ones for the beneficiary but still unsure about the petitioner's one, especially proofs of domicile. Any help is much appreciated!

I'm confused by some of the terminology being used.

We received our case number May 05.

Paid our fees May 11.

Receipt for fees May 14.

We're a pivot case, so everything was uploaded.

Submitted (Scan date??) May 22. (We had to wait for a Tax transcript)

On the CEAC site our case says: at "NVC", fees state "PAID", and documents show "SUBMITTED"

I've read earlier posts saying that "at NVC" means "case complete"??

I called the NVC a few days ago to ask where we were in the process, and the agent said check back (on the site) and when

the "SUBMITTED" changes to "APPROVED" it will then be moving onto scheduling an interview.

It's all very confusing and complicated. We submitted the documents on May, 15. Got a checklist on June, 4. And at the same time the status on CEAC website changed from Submit requested documents...to At NVC. I understood nothing

You should use this site: https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx If it changes from "submit requested documents" to "at NVC" then that means a cc ^_^ It always says at NVC on the page where you submit documents for pivot cases.

Yes, on this tracker it shows At NVC. Is it really a CC?😀
