Did you receive the letter or you can start the process without?

Hello every one .. i was lived in Saudi Arabia 18 years but in 2011 I living in Palestine  until now so today when we want send the doc (Police certificate) i do the Police certificate from Palestine .. so is it possible they need the ksa  Police certificate ?

Yes you need to have a police cleareance certificate from ksa as well. The rule says if u lived in any country for 6 months after turning 16 yrs old then you need to show a pcc from that country. Start applying for PCC from ksa asap. All the best

i can't because i have to to be there in ksa to do it !

Hi Deema. You don't need a police certificate from KSA because on the travel state website under Saudi Arabia it says that expatriates who no longer reside in KSA, police certificate is unavailable for them. I have lived in KSA for 20 years. NVC did ask me to provide police certificate from KSA but then I called and talked to a rep. He asked to upload a screenshot of the page where it explains why you don't need it and also write a comment explaining the reason. I did that and it was accepted. Good luck. Nice to know that you've lived in KSA. 😊

thanks god ! i was upset this morning . thankk you so you just sent  your country  police certificate and they did not ask about ksa ? or you sent the screenshot of the page from the beginning ?

We are yet to receive the welcome letter. Tried filling out our ds261 but it wasnt accessible,I called back and was told that we can't do anything without the welcome and it's yet to be sent out.

 

We both have the same NVC received date,have you been calling nvc?

Yeah, I can feel you. When I logged onto the CEAC website to upload my civil docs, I was required to submit pc from KSA. It gave me a mini heart attack because I wasn't expecting it. Lol. I called NVC right away and explained everything to the rep. He confirmed that it wasn't required and that I should upload a screenshot and write a comment. 😊

Yes, we called everyday from wednesday. The first time we were told to wait until Tuesday. At the third call yesterday morning our case was forward to a supervisor .  We called again at night time and it was confirmed. Now we are waiting for Monday.

I know trust me I was stressing so much about it, at what stage are u in at the moment?
