I just called and they asked for information but did not say it was escalated to supervisor only to check where they are in the inputting process.  The lady was nice though.

Thats good that atleast they asked about your information.  Give them a call at midnight as well just to check.

All my documents were accepted and I had a message left saying upload all W2s for 2017. I got a CC email right away. I uploaded my W2 for 2017 and it's still sitting in Submitted stage.

Did you get an email saying that now they will schedule your interview? Call NVC and confirm before you upload new documents over already accepted docs.

My email said this:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received all of the fees, forms, and documents that are required prior to attending an immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy/Consulate General overseas.

NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in AMSTERDAM, NETH to schedule an interview appointment for you. Once we have confirmed an interview date, we will send a notice to you, your petitioner and attorney (if applicable).

When logged into the CEAC, i noticed the new messages saying that all documents had been accepted and also a new message saying upload all W2s for 2017. I have not done anything on CEAC though, so all still says accepted, etc.. I will call them and verify.

Isn't it a good thing?

Yes it is. Simply means they are in the processing of creating your Case/Invoice number. Was told I should get ours by Tuesday.

I pray so

Yep that means you are CC. Congrats! I got the same email. I uploaded my W2 to CEAC and it is still sitting in SUBMITTED state. NVC never accepted it. We will obviously take a copy of W2 to the interview.

Yes, call them and verify before you upload anything again to CEAC.

Hello All!

Just called the NVC. I was told to call back and dial Option 5 which means that I'm either electronic/pivot if I understand correctly. NVC received the approved petition on June 27.

We have almost all of our documents ready. My spouse needs to get one more police certificate and also get a blood test proving he's had chicken pox so he's ready for his medical exam.

I'm hoping that we're lucky and Pivot works quickly for us as it seems to be working for some folks.

It's annoying how you can't pay the Affidavit of Support and Visa fees at the same time.

Fingers crossed for a case number and Invoice ID number soon.

It doesn’t matter. If someone resided more than 6 months in a country after the age of 16 y/o they need a PC. I had to obtain 4 myself.. Italian, Colombian, Australian and New Zealand. Make sure you check you have 2 from Italy ! Good luck x

I don't think this is true. As shown in screenshot from travel.state.gov, the 6 month and older than 16 years old rule only applies to the country of your nationality and the country of your current residence. All other countries, should be 12 months in order for you to need a police certificate.

Did NVC specifically request all of the places you were at for less than 12 months (with the exception of the countries of nationality and current residence)?

I was going crazy over this topic. I’ve asked many times in here about the 6/12 months rule. It says 12 months but have read a couple of people stating that their interviews were getting delayed Because they didn’t have all pc even if nvc didn’t request it..this is a long frustrating process and I’d rather be safe than sorry

We just received our CC!

Our documents were submitted May 22.

On June 11, we received notice that one of my documents was scanned incorrectly.

Our Lawyer re-scanned the document, but unfortunately she didn't remove the rejected document

from the stack, and replace it with the new scan.

It just sat there for a week, until I called, and a helpful agent

explained what was needed to be done.

The new scan was submitted June 20, and we got our CC today!

Hoping for an August interview, but not holding my breath.

Our one year anniversary for the NOA1 is July 11!

Congratulations...you are just one step away from the ending of this long process..I sent my documents on June 20.Waiting for a CC.🤞🤞
