Hi guys! I got an email from NVC that some of our documents were in the horizontal position and had to be resubmitted.... pity! I thought it was just the settings on my pdf viewer.
Anyway, any idea how long it takes them to look at the documents again? Took us 2 weeks to get them looked at now which is pretty fast, but wondering if we have to wait another 2 weeks (I hope not!).

Don’t lose hope, we got our checklist on a Friday, resubmitted that same night and had our CC the following Monday morning...so one business day!

Now we are just waiting for our interview date...anyone know how long it takes to get that?

Hi everyone! I submitted my documents to CEAC (pivot case) and today received a message that I need to delete and re-upload the documents. I called to the NVC, they checked that everything was correct and told me to disregard this message. Did anyone had a situation like this?

All the best to you for your July interview :)

was just thinking about it..you have 6 months to enter so the interview date doesn't matter anyway :) that would be within you time period of Late Nov?

Just waiting on a translation for my husband's Italian Police Certificate and then I'm submitting all of our docs to NVC. Praying on a speedy CC since I've taken some time crossing my t's and dotting my i's making sure everything is accurate and submitted appropriately. My only concern is the stupid CEAC is asking for a Greece Police Certificate even though he only lived there for 10 months and he hasn't resided there since May of 2017. I called today and the agent told me to submit a letter instead explaining why it's not applicable to our case.

Submitted everything 6/18. Got checklist today 6/28 for signing electronically instead of in ink. Submitted in ink right away on CEAC.

How long does the NVC generally take to review checklists?

Is your case non pivot? Did you sign I-864?

He will have to get that certificate from embassy of greece . It mention any place he reside for more than 6 months have to obtain police clearance my friend stayed in Asutria 2009 and they asked that from him at interview and when he submit gone admenstartive process from 3 weeks.

my advice to make and sumbit to nvc and take one to embassy than delay later on.

Nope, I am pivot submitting through CEAC. I had to sign the I-864 with a pen and upload it instead of signing it electronically as I did the first time. So yeah, if you are PIVOT, make sure you actually print out the I-864 and sign it and upload it again. Signing it electronically with a signature in acrobat will not work even if it is your actual signature.
