HI everyone! We need your help as you have already been through this stage. My husband told me that he got an email from NVC last night asking for some additional documents. And I just checked the status and it says "at NVC". It's so confusing. Do you have any ideas what it means? Thank you for help and smooth process to everyone of you!

The additional documents you have to provide at the interview, your case is complete already. 

       IR-1 - Nebraska Service Center - Embassy - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

  • 08/08/2017 - Sent I-130 Application
  • 08/11/2017 - I-130 Accepted
  • 08/11/2017 -  NOA-1 via Email
  • 02/28/2018 - I-130 Approved
  • 03/06/2018 - Case Sent to NVC
  • 03/14/2018 - Package Received By NVC
  • 04/21/2018 - Case Assigned & Invoice ID
  • 04/24/2018 - Filed DS 261
  • 04/26/2018 - Welcome Letter Received
  • 04/30/2018 - AOS fee status - PAID
  • 05/01/2018 - IV fee status - PAID
  • 05/02/2018 - Completed DS-260
  • 05/07/2018 - Documents Mailed to NVC
  • 05/10/2018 - NVC Received Documents ( SD )
  • 05/15/2018 - Case Completed - ( CC )

I'm almost certain you're going to get booked for July, maybe 2nd week since you had a relatively early cc. If not, 3rd for sure.

Scheduling is dependent on embassy. Call NVC to ask about Athens scheduling is done or not. :) 

My timeline

ROC

6-08-20 I-751 Package sent

6-09-20 I-751 Package received 

06-15-20 Received text with receipt number (MSC-XXX)

06-16-20 Check cashed 

07-09-20 Called USCIS to enquire about NOA-1. Was told it was sent on 07-01-20.

07-11-20 Received 18-month extension letter NOA dated 06-30-20

05-03-20 Received Biometric Appointment scheduled for May24th (NY/NJ area)

 

 

CR-1

6-16-17 I-130 sent 

6-20-17 received NOA 1 Texas Service Center

1-24-18 NOA 2 approved 

2-23-18 NVC Received my case

3-30-18 Case Number Assigned

4-3-18 Welcome Letter email from NVC

4-4-18 Paid AOS and IV Fees 

4-10-18 Sent AOS package and Civil Documents 

4-11-18 NVC Processed all fees and Completed D260 form 

4-12-18 NVC Received packet 

4-13-18 NVC Scanned all documents

4-25-18 Case Complete at NVC ("At NVC")

4-26-18 Interview Scheduled (I called to find out) 

4-28-18 Received P4 from NVC

6-15-18 Interview Date! 

221G given on interview

6-26-18 Issued (Finally!)

Did u pay $220 immigration fee before leaving Nigeria? My visa packet has no instructions about fee payment.

to pay green card fee u need a fee packet which has ur A number and case #. do u get that at time of interview or when u pick up visa? they didnt give it at interview...

4/12/17 - NOA1 Sent to Nebraska

1/10/18 - NOA2

1/18/18 - Case Sent to Department of State

1/25/18 - NVC received case

3/30/18 - Case # and IIN assigned

3/30/18 - Paid AOS and IV fee

4/9/18 - AOS and IV fee Status Changed to Paid

4/9/18 - Submit DS 260 and uploaded AOS and IV package

4/16/18 - Case complete

5/7/18 - Received interview email 

6/4/18 - Interview @ 7am at ISL embassy - Approved :jest:

Yes I did, my husband paid for me. All the info u need in on that white paper that was given along with packet at DHL office.

Hi, has someone get an appointment for interview in Honduras yet? My husband call nvc today and the guy told him our case completed on February 16 not the 26 that is when we got the email. 😐
