We’re waiting for a London interview as well. What email address did you send an expedite request to?

NVCExpedite@state.gov

And we just got our expedite approval today! An NVC employee recommended we give it a try, it doesn’t extend your own wait time or “put you to the back of line” if rejected. So no harm trying. It was an extra thing to stress about, but worked out well for us thankfully.

Awesome! Congrats! What did you say your reason for expediting was? And what date did you get for your interview?

Hi everyone! I submitted my documents to CEAC (pivot case) and today received a message that I need to delete and re-upload the documents. I called to the NVC, they checked that everything was correct and told me to disregard this message. Did anyone had a situation like this?

I received CC on May 31st and I'm still waiting for an interview. I believe some other people from Canada around my time are waiting too. My husband called the NVC and they say they are beginning scheduling this week and next for August interviews. Here's hoping we all get interviews soon! :)

I hope so, too!!!  Thank you so much for letting me know what the NVC said.  Very helpful.  Do you know if they schedule interviews in the order of PD date, or, CC date (whichever comes earlier) or visa category type?

I will definitely post here as soon as we get an interview date.. so far this week I haven't seen a single person for Montreal got an interview. The last I saw about 2 weeks ago was for July 31st. I hope we don't have to wait any long.. since we already been waiting for long enough. I think our entire life is on hold because of this process... :(

I'll post, as well.  I'm going to assume that we won't get an interview before July 31 at this point...  hopefully they Montreal staff aren't taking too many summer vacations?!  They must know how stressful this process is on all of us applicants.

You're welcome! As far as I'm aware, according to the Guides on here and this particular forum, they schedule in order of CC. I can't speak to what impact visa category has on the scheduling process. They told us that if we didn't hear anything from them by the end of next week, we should call them.

@Mouna24 have you heard anything yet about an interview date for yourself?

I just called NVC to find out when they usually schedule London interviews. It wasn’t very helpful. All the lady kept saying was “this case doesn’t have an interview date yet”. I said I was just asking generally but she wouldn’t budge from repeating that statement. Most unhelpful

No ,im still waiting interview date , Montréal

CC 30 may

HI,

My status changed to AT NVC yesterday and received email also about status update, there is no new message in the box for me on the NVC website. It says at NVC and Please follow the instructions you received from the National Visa Center (NVC) that list the six steps you must take before NVC can schedule your visa interview appointment.

Now what is next step and how i will find the next update?

They did, yesterday. But last month they only gave out dates for a few days instead of the 2 weeks it had been. I think they covered CC dates of 2/21-3/4 for the most part. I'm hoping for more this month.

Wow they are super slow! Do you know if the interviews that they are scheduling this week for july or august?
