Hey everyone,

 

I was wondering if my Fiance should get a new passport since her old one only has 2 pages left without stamps. Also, I was wondering if she does get a new one, will it be a problem? We still haven't fill out the ds-160 nor schedule an interview. Thanks for help

~Moved to K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports~

 

No problem at all. Alot of people renew their passports during the process. Even if you had filled out the DS-160, you could just take both passports to show you simply renewed/updated it.

02/03/2017 - Married 

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview
