K-1 AOS Interview, new I-894 and I-693?

Hi, I have finally received the interview letter.

 

I understand most of the things they are requesting, except two:

 

1) They are requesting I-693(Medical exam) if I have not submitted already. I remember I submitted a sealed envelope at POE. And I have done the medical exam outside of the US in Oct, 2016. And according to the USCIS rules, as long as I have filed for AOS within a year of the medical exam and I should be fine. But I have seen reports of people getting RFE at the interview to do another medical exam before getting their green card

 

2) It has been a year since I filed the AOS, the income and tax returns are from 2016, should I include another I-894 with latest tax returns?

I advise you to check one thing,

check to vaccination supplement d-3025 and see if the varicella section is ticked, if yes along with other required vaccines ( DT, hepB, Menengitis,MMr) then you good just resend the vaccination supplement. if your medical is more than a year old then you should redo another medical and always make sure the varicella is done

most K1 visa applicant dont have it and most of their AOS cases got denied and RFE for this
