Can I consolidate physical addresses on forms?

Hi there everyone, this is my first post here, you all have already helped me so much! Thank you.

 

I am concurrently filing i-485, i-130, g-325a etc. I'm a foreign spouse of USC. The addresses from last 5 years we stayed in while in the US were the same for multiple years, but we also travelled a lot abroad during that period while I had B1 visa. We would spend 6 months in the USA and then leave for 1-5 months at the time and come back. Can I list addresses on these forms in a consolidated form (as in: Address 1 date from dec 2014 to march 2018) with and additional info/explanation at the end (e.g. "while in the USA; multiple travels abroad during that time period as tourists; this is applicant's spouse's family home where we stayed while in the USA")?

Or do I have to list specific dates for each entry to the US? I will have gaps then as the addresses while traveling were multiple and sometimes unknown? (I do have a steady foreign physical address in my home country, where my family live, up to Nov 2014 when I last visited and that's how I'm listing it).

 

Please advise.

You say your travels were as tourists. Why do you need to list addresses where you stayed abroad as tourists?

[05/14, 2014]  - DAY 009  (day 0811) Received NOA1 (GC Extended for 1 year)

[01/14, 2016]  - DAY 620  (day 1421) 10-year GC in hand

[02/22, 2017]  - DAY 001  (day 1826) (N-400) Mailed package to Lewisville, TX, via USPS overnight

[01/10, 2018]  - DAY 323  (day 2149) (N-400) Naturalization Oath Ceremony (5 years, 10 months, 19 days)

[01/10, 2018]  - DAY 001  (day 2149) (US Passport) Applied for US Passport, regular processing

01/25, 2018]  - DAY 015  (day 2164) (US Passport) Passport in hand (5 years, 11 months, 3 days from start of Journey.)

 

AOS, N-400, & PASSPORT FOR DAUGHTER [OF HUSBAND TO USC]

[06/14, 2013] - DAY 001 Mailed package to Chicago Lockbox via USPS overnight
[11/21, 2013] - Day 153 SSN and 10-year GC in hand

09/01, 2021]  - (day 3001) (US Passport) Passport in hand (8 years, 2 months, 18 days from start of Journey.)

Hi BlessedAssurance, I guess I could be clearer. 

 

The question is about the American addresses while in the US (but also while traveling). Do I have to list same addresses multiple times with separate dates regarding every entry to the US or can I consolidate with an annotation (of travels during that consolidated period of time)?

September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
