I-134 while under a tax extension?

Hi all, my fiance applied for a tax extension. We're wondering how this works out with our I-134 paperwork. We understand that the suggested course of action is to order an IRS tax transcript. Should she file her taxes now and then order a transcript, or is it alright to explain that she's under an extension and get the transcript now?

 

If it makes any difference she recently started a higher paying job, however her income was higher than the minimum for application at her old job too.

I believe someone got stuck because of this recently. Looks like they got their visa on hand

Hi. Sorry. I wasn't able to check visajourney in a while. After my interview, we were placed in administrative processing. The best option was for him to rush his taxes. After submitting his taxes, they made us wait for almost a month before I finally got my visa. I think its best to just give them what they ask for.
