Will be giving a Full Pardon to Dinesh D’Souza today. He was treated very unfairly by our government!

Didn’t he already serve his time?  Other than 8 hours per week of community service, I mean.  His conviction was BS, if you ask me.  I am sure MANY people do what he did and get away with it.  Like a certain someone who lost the presidential race could attest to, if ever she were to get an honest bone in her body.

 

And you must ask... why did Rosie not get a similar sentence as Dinesh?

Just because other people "get away with it" doesn't mean someone should get a pass. Instead we should be trying to make it so less people get away with it.

Wouldn't it be nice if Presidents could find the 'little guys' to pardon that are perhaps even remorseful for their crimes?

It seems he is pardoning people connected to convictions under Comey’s watch.  Considering how discredited Comey is, it seems prudent.

Isn't that what is being argued with protecting the border?  Regardless, D'Souza didn't get away with anything, he was tried and convicted of his crime even though we see this regular on almost all  political campaigns, so the pardon only has the effect of clearing his proverbial permanent record.

I agree it applies to illegal immigration. I have nothing wrong with strengthening rules to minimize illegal immigration. Though I have separate issues with a border wall specifically as a tool to do so (because I don't think it will be cost effective).

 

I also see no reason to "clear his record".
