K-1 Visa Advice: In-laws don't have middle names

Hi everyone,

 

I need some advice on how to fill out these K-1 visa lines

Part 1: 1.c. 

Part 2: 24.c. and 29.c.

 

These are the middle names of my Fiance, and his parents. In his culture people do not have middle names, so for the K-1 visa do I just leave the space blank or do I need to write N/A or None?

 

Second question:

For line Part 2:14.a. which is my Fiance's second physical address, his address is his home in a rural village. There are no street names or house numbers. He only has the name of the village and the province. Should I leave the line blank or write N/A? Or should I just omit his village address since he has an address in the capital city?

Best to put N/A than leave a blank space as it shows you have not merely forgotten to fill out that part or made a mistake. Write a cover letter explaining as you have here to avoid confusion. I understood what you meant so it should be fine.
