Just wondering, how have people placed/included the certification statement on documents ...for example, if the translated document doesn't have enough space left over on the front, can you put it on the back? or have a separate document/affidavit listing all of the translations done and signed by the translator.

Just looking for different successful options. Thanks for your guidance!

I did just in case. It's always good to include as much info as you can (of course relevant one) so that they don't have as many questions to ask later on.

K1 Visa Process

Nov. 2016 - Applied for K1 Visa
Nov. 2016 - NOA1 

April 2017 - NOA2 (6 months!)

April 2017 - Arrived to NVC

April 2017 - Got the # from NVC

May 2017 - Case left NVC

May 2017 - Arrived to Embassy

May 2017 - Got Package 3 

May 2017- Got Package 4

May 2017 - Interview [APPROVED!]

June 2017 - Visa arrived home

June 2017 - Made it to the US. Finally with my future hubby!!

July 2017 - Married!

AOS Process

August 2017 - Started AOS

August 2017 - NOA1

Sept. 2017 - Biometrics

19th Dec. 2018 - Interview date  [16 months]

Dec. 2018 - GC processing

29th Dec. 2018 - GC arrived home! [10 days!]
Remove Conditions - Soon...

I was wondering about this topic as well. The translator who did our documents swore we didn't need a separate statement that she was certified to translate because she stamped all the documents and the stamp says "sworn translator, certified and true translation" with her name, phone number and address. I asked my husband to check with her to make sure and she claims she's done hundreds of these and her other clients never had an issue. I hope she's right because I will be sooooo upset if I get an RFE just for that.

This is what all of our translations had on them...the stamp from the translator. And they were all accepted with no issues 😊
