Filing from K-1,

Filed for AOS, Authorization to work and advance parole on June 1st, Arrived in Chicago June 3rd.. still waiting for NOA1 for all. I attached the electronic notifications and haven't heard anything yet.Starting ti get worried!!

Hi I have same issues even though mine has been only one week. But I found this link today so I am sharing it with u. It has email where u can get in touch and ask what's going on. I just sent mine like 2 hours ago

If it is more than 10 business days, you can give them a call.

Did they cash your check?

It seems like there has been a delay in entering all data etc.

So I called US CIS, and they did receive all my cases, my advance parole has been rejected not sure why they’re sending me a form explaining if I can refile and what went wrong. And they sent out the NOAs on the 15th

Ah that sucks. Youl should receive your files this week. Good luck! and no worries, you should be able to refile without any issues. It is very annoying but there is nothing you can do right now.  I went through almost the same thing.

OKay, yeah I called uscis and they gave me the receipt numbers.

I just called USCIS and they gave me my case numbers  even when my money orders haven't been cashed and I haven't got any email or text or noa. So whoever is waiting call USCIS

Was there a filing fee with advance parole?

i was told it was free with filing with AOS?

on uscis website check case status it was incorrect fee and no signature?

Yeah, even if your application is rejected you will get receipt numbers. As soon as you refile you will get new ones! The receipt notices will come with your rejected package.

No thre was no filing fee but you have to pay for the i-485 and biometric fee of course. Your notice will give your more detailed information.

Oh sorry, you both have green backgrounds. I thought it was Laura&Chris post.

Set up an account with USCIS Case Status Check website. Enter those case numbers and you'll be able to track them. You'll see if there are any changes.

Yes I just checked and they rejected I485 saying it was old form. But I can swear I downloaded it from their web. Ah dunno this stress is killing me:) I have to wait now when I get the package

She just told me it was rejected and it will be explained in the letter, but apparently this has happened a lot this year?!

Maybe it is the i-864 form that goes with the I-485 because I know that one just got updated recently. But you will see when it comes back. Good luck and I hope it will come back asap!  

Also, I don't know if they tell you on the phone if it is rejected because I received the package back before I could make that call.

I don't know will wait for the package to come back. And I have been reading January fillings a lot of them had rejections. If u want I can put link in here
