Hey Yall so Have the question on behalf of someone?

This Pax, who is From Pakistan got married to his first cousin, everything was great, until Pax decided to move to Texas, without knowing first cousin marriages are not allowed in Texas, So long story short, when Pax wife had an interview, Consular officer requested that "due to Texas first cousin law, ur husband have to change state". Pax did as suggested, he moved back to Alaska (where first cousin marriage is allowed" where he moved from at the first place.  Anyway, he got the new lease, Change his ID and got electric bill connection. Pax submitted the docs and now it's been 60 days, no response yet?

Question is, did he miss any documents, did he suppose to submit something else with lease and state ID.

Would he need to provide some financial documents that he lives in the different state now?

Thanks in Advance for help!.
