2 months from NOA2 to POE is a good estimate from what I've seen, though I know it's possible to do in about a month if your country is easy to book appoitnments and you stay on top of things and don't need much planning.  September 8th is probably still doable at this point I think... Good luck!

I am dreaming but it would fun for some of us to have a get together to be able to meet in person.

Yes I have all her paperwork all up to date to minimize the time shortest time possible for her POE. She still has do the DS-160 that we have already reviewed all the questions, medical and Commission on Filipinos Overseas class.

IT HAPPENED!!!! 205 days   Checked the new website... Approved!!! No email. No text. No update on "old" website.   I contacted my senator... a few days ago, maybe it helped!!!

We finally finally got approved today!!!It was day 218! The new website became"approved",but the old one or app are still "recieved".   NOA1:Nov. 2(the old one)or Nov.6(the new one)

I still have not received my RFE notice in the mail from the 22nd. No reason that a letter should take 10 days.

 

Does anyone have the phone number to call the CSC to talk to an officer?

I'm actually a bit disappointed by the numbers today They aren't bad, but not as good as we need them to be!

91 Updates with 61 Approvals

For the entire month of May, they approved a total of 616 November cases, 1179 November updates made (1093 virgins touched)... that's pretty terrible for an entire month with the last 3 weeks being mostly November cases.

That's basically only 33% or so of our total cases...  Of course, this is only the known cases, and somewhere between a 30% and 50% 'silent' rate, but still... it's disappointing to see how they've slowed down again.

Even with a 30% silent rate, they are still just barely under 50%... I really thought they were picking up steam again, but this was not even in the top 5 best days.

Any chance I can get the full scan so I can look for my case number please.  

 

Today i I spoke to Tier 2 person who said I needed to wait another 40 days to hear anything.  I’m a November 14 filet so soon to be out of processing time.  Also, last week I called to check the status for the first time, was a bit emotional and the person assisting me said I fall under an expedite request for financial hardship to US citizen & humanitarian reasons.  I was shocked.  Now I’m wondering if putting in the expedited request (very valid reasons) is delaying our petition.

 

Happy for those that received approvals though.
