1363 of November still untouched?  Yet they are already working on December.  This is beyond heartbreaking. I don't know how much more I can take.  We've been at this for 6 years now.

November 29 (new site). However, this is the 2nd time we are filling. Our first K1 was refused, we filed a I 601 waiver and that was denied as well. I'm ready for this nightmare to be over

seems to only people who have had RFE's being approved <_<

have you had an RFE???

Nope. No RFE, no kids, no prior marriage, no prior petition filed, no crime, etc.

I agree it does seem the RFE folks have been approved faster

What seems to be "special treatment" for RFE's is not necessary true. As cases are adjudicated at USCIS the agent finishes everything that is required up and to the actual approval when something appears that needs further information. Once that information is received and it has not caused a "negative" impact on the agent's decision to grant an approval then the agent will go ahead and approve. So their case was processed 30-60 days ago to almost completion but because an RFE had to be given they must reply and then the agent completes the adjudication of their case. So, really they have lost time and have not gained anything on your case.

You don't have to wait and if you are your wasting time. The Philippines is the easiest and quickest Embassy to process through. And here is the information that will get you there.

Once you receive your case number it's time to be in charge of what time you choose when things get down. To smooth that trail for your I have a few things that will help you process your visa there in the Philippines.

Start by visiting Hanks site where he has taken the time and research, and of course it helps if you spent 8 plus years helping folks in the Philippines sub-forum get their visas, where he has listed each step. With those steps he includes the what, when and why to completing the item. Many have used the website and have had little or NO problems securing a visa from USEM.

http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/k-1-visa-application.html

Next you'll want to connect with those who are processing through the Philippines in the VJ Philippines sub-forum that way you will be with like minded ppl who are sharing their experiences and also asking and answering questions. Since most in this thread are processing through another country they would be hard pressed to explain what is needed for the Philippines.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

You'll find this on Hank's website but I will give it to you early and that is the Packet 3 Letter for USEM. It's found here:

https://ph.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/the-interview/

Here is the Packet 3 letter.

There you have it. Everything you need to get your visa. Good luck and smooth sailing.

Thank you!

Congratulations to all ....I am so happy for all of you whom have received their approvals, i am so happy that soon you will be with your love ones and starting your lives together. Unfortunately, we have not received ours yet. This system that they have is designed to make you just want to give up. When all we want to do is start our lives with the person we are in love with. It is so discouraging.:o

But, what can we do? We will just wait.

Well they tell us upfront that normal processing is 5 months. So if you would have not started worrying and causing yourself undo stress from the beginning I think you would have been fine. Many years of experience talking. 🙈🙉🙊👌

We are on 8 months now. There are people who have filed in December already getting approved. It's beyond frustrating.
