Its going on 8 months now and we are still waiting for our noa2. I dont know what else to do. This is very discouraging and doubtful. Its like everyone is getting their noa2 and moving on, getting ready to start their lives together, and they have pushed us to the side. I am afraid to keep inquiring because it seems as if they push it back the more i inquire. The website claims that the petitions are processed in the order that they are received. I found this to be in conflict to the way they are processing, for instance we received noa1 in nov. 2 from the old website and the new website said nov 7. 2017. Is their anyone else going through this? Do anyone have any ideas on what else to do? Thos is so sad 😢.

dont worry you are not alone.were at 236 days.about to submit a reply from rfe.it is so annoying that we sent the letter with the packet from the dating site claiming that they are

not a marriage broker and yet we still got an rfe about proof that it is not a marriage broker.now we are about to send the terms and condition.kinda worried some rfe takes about a month or more once they received it.

Can anybody help... day 241 nov 1st here we have tried contacting uscis multiple times we have received letters mentioning that we enquired but nothing ever happens. They refuse to put us through to a tier two. What’s the best way to be put through to a tier two?? We are so lost. We have also contacted ombudsman and local congress in the past week.. have not received anything back as yet.

Our case is simple... I’m Australian . Both never married. No children. No Criminal history at all.

Have you heard anything back? We are still waiting too. Havent had an rfe or anything. Its been 8 months now.

Hello all - I really hope that everyone that is waiting to hear back, hears back soon. I'll admit I'm a longtime lurker and a first time poster. My fiance and I filed our petition at the end of November. My fiance is from the Dominican Republic. I never received an NOA2 or anything but today I received an email from the Dominican Embassy saying that "This office is pleased to inform you that you can start the process of your fiancé/fiancée, K visa, application."

Does this mean its been approved?!!

Sounds like it.  I would call the NVC and see if they have a case number already.  This makes it sound like the embassy already has your petition.

Hi dear,I believe so...and I also think you should call NVC to get your case number.but don’t call USCIS to tell them you never received your NOA2 until after your interview or possibly after you land in the US...a similar situation happened in the December thread and now USCIS have called for that petition to be returned...I learnt you will need the NOA2 but just not at this stage.hope this helps.

I'm on day 225, but I've had an RFE. 33 days ago they said they got it and then nothing. While I'm happy to see other people have RFE TAT of a week, it really sucks to be seemingly overlooked. I wouldn't consider what they asked very difficult to process (a passport photo and proof of my citizenship). I can't even attempt to inquire about my case until July 31st since the 60 days will be up. It seems on average its taking representatives and senators a week or two to reach out on cases so maybe if I haven't heard anything by the 20th I'll go ahead and start that process up again. I started it when my case wasn't updated online after my RFE response was received. It took 5 days for the new website to update.

Have either of you tried reaching out to your rep or senator? Maybe start with your representative and if that goes nowhere, talk to a senator. And if that senator is unhelpful go to the other. Midterms are coming up so all representatives and about a third of all senators are up for re-election this November so there is absolutely no reason they should not be helpful.

I’m at day 231, got a response from USCIC via email saying it’s still being adjudicated and that I will get an update in 45 days

A crappy response is better than no response I guess. The response from USCIS took 17 days from first making the service requests submission last month on the 18th

You might have to call USCIS, speak to an operator, and explain to them your situation
