I'm not sure that I have shared this with you. This is information for processing through the Philippines.

Once you receive your case number it's time to be in charge of what time you choose when things get down. To smooth that trail for your I have a few things that will help you process your visa there in the Philippines.

Start by visiting Hanks site where he has taken the time and research, and of course it helps if you spent 8 plus years helping folks in the Philippines sub-forum get their visas, where he has listed each step. With those steps he includes the what, when and why to completing the item. Many have used the website and have had little or NO problems securing a visa from USEM.

http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/k-1-visa-application.html

Next you'll want to connect with those who are processing through the Philippines in the VJ Philippines sub-forum that way you will be with like minded ppl who are sharing their experiences and also asking and answering questions. Since most in this thread are processing through another country they would be hard pressed to explain what is needed for the Philippines.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

You'll find this on Hank's website but I will give it to you early and that is the Packet 3 Letter for USEM. It's found here:

https://ph.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/the-interview/

Here is the Packet 3 letter.

There you have it. Everything you need to get your visa. Good luck and smooth sailing.

Hi everyone! So about 2 hours ago, I just got a "no-reply email" from USCIS stating theres no update on my case yet. But I didnt send them an inquiry email regarding my case. (Please see attached file)

Anyone received an email similar to mine?

That is a normal response. They are not finished adjudicating your case. If your case is over 220 days you are beyond normal processing and using a congress person can sometimes push your case along. If you request anything before 220 days you are apt to get a form letter, just like the one you receive. Yes, others get the same thing when they inquire before the "normal processing time". Just need a little more patience.

There is a setting on the new website to get an update every two weeks if no action has been taken. I turned it off because if I'm getting an email from uscis, its going to be for an approval, not for false hope.

I have received one, and the case was approved several days later. Don't worry.

25 days since RFE response was received; all they asked for was a passport photo of myself and proof of my citizenship.Today has already been rough as my family said "until we meet again" to my Italian sister who finished her exchange year this morning. Just hoping for a little good news.

This process is sometimes very difficult. What makes it difficult is the pressure we put on ourselves. We want to be with our love ones and start our next steps but when a visa is held up for what ever the reason it's like getting punched in the gut.

I recommend that you stay busy with your daily life. Check CEAC once a day and just try and get on with your daily routine. You'll be better for it.

Is seems that November 28th never been touched 😢

I'm at day 223, just have to be patient and make your phone calls for a service request and get your congressman/senator involved.

It's not unusual that people are being approved "out of order." That's just the system

Thank you, what’s the phone number?

You might try both options below.

First try shooting off an email to the Ombudsman at cisombudsman@HQ.DHS.GOV The Ombudsman provides an impartial and independent perspective to USCIS in an attempt to resolve problems.

Second try your U.S. representative's contact information can be found in this handy directory, and your U.S. senator's information is in this one.
