IT HAPPENED!!!! 205 days   Checked the new website... Approved!!! No email. No text. No update on "old" website.   I contacted my senator... a few days ago, maybe it helped!!!

OMG We got an approval,  can't believe it. I'm crying. And my fiance is sleeping and I can't tell him right now.   NOA1 old website 13th November NOA1 new website 15th November

We finally finally got approved today!!!It was day 218! The new website became"approved",but the old one or app are still "recieved".   NOA1:Nov. 2(the old one)or Nov.6(the new one)

12/04/17 NOA1 received

After 201 days, 06/19/18, case approval received through text, email and old site then the app.

Is it really normal for the USCIS people to tell  to wait 15 days after giving you a reference number? My fiance called USCIS to follow up on our case and that was what the customer service told him.

Right there with you...Day 218 for us today and every day the anxiety is worse. Hang in there, just know you are not alone in what you are going through. Hopefully we will all get our approvals soon.

WE GOT APPROVED! Day 217. We got an email saying "We have taken an action on your case." Went on the new website and said case was approved! :D Nothing on the old website though.

 

NOA 1 - November 15, 2017 (old site), November 17 (new site)

NOA 2 - June 18, 2018

 

Praying for emotional strength and lots of support from family and friends for all those who are still waiting.

Look at it this way. Millions call to hear there approval and or case number is ready. They tell you Mr. Lakwatserangpinay your file will be ready in two days call back. And you call back in two days, the agent says it's not ready call back in two more days and so you call back.... see where I am going with this. For them it's best to error on the side of too much time then not enough. By doing so they eliminated 99% of the potential problem.

 

A little more patience and you should have your case number.

While you are waiting let me share some valuable information to make the next step easier with faster results.

 

Start by visiting Hanks website where he has taken the time and research, and of course it helps if you spent 8 plus years helping folks in the Philippines sub-forum get their visas, where he has listed each step. With those steps he includes the what, when and why to completing the item. Many have used the website and have had little or NO problems securing a visa from USEM.
