Hello.
The letter came RFE
But I especially do not understand what is required.
Our visa is held repeatedly, in the last year it was encouraged.
Now we are making a new one.

What they have in view of the evidence is not clear once again, especially not that a US citizen does not confirm our relationship

" You must submit evidence to support your claim.
Examples of such evidence include, but are not limited to:
o Court records relating to your divorce andlor separation.
o The death certificate ofyour prior fiance(e) or spouse.
o Personal letters outlining the details of your separation.
o Notarized affidavits of relatives, friends, neighbors, or other knowledgeable associates. Each affidavit
must conform to the guidelines as stated below:
Affidavits-Written statements sworn to or affirmed by two persons, other than yourself and the person you
are petitioning for, who were living at the time the event(s) occurred, and who have personal knowledge of the
event you are trying to prove. The persons making the affidavits may be relatives and need not be citizens of
the United States. Each affidavit must contain the following information regarding the person making the
affidavit:
o His or her full name and address;
o Date and place of birth
o Relationship to you, if any;
o Full information concerning the event; and
o Complete details conceming how he or she acquired knowledge of the event."

Advise what they need to send.

Hi, thank you for your response. At the time, I was working as a medical assistant but decided to continue as a private tutor. I didn't say I was unemployed on my application because I was working as a medical assistant at the time. However, since I work as a private tutor, I am paid in cash by my students. I don't work through any company. However, I did pay taxes on the money I made as a private tutor. I hope that clarifies it. I don't know if this will be considered unstable income.

If you can prove through paperwork ie tax returns, W2's or letter of employment, that's all that matters. If you meet the poverty guidelines then there is no need for any additional "proof" such as a co-sponsor. It's just not needed. If you meet the guideline then you meet the guideline. Why do when do will do?

The requirement is 125% for both visa and for AOS. Since you have it there is nothing more you need to be concerned with.

What you need to do is sit down and use this as a worksheet/checklist of what USCIS is requiring from you. If you miss something, you will be further denied. Everything on that list must be submitted. There is a reason for their asking for additional information and if you want to be approved then it's necessary to comply with what they are requiring.

o Court records relating to your divorce and/or separation.  Were either you or your fiancé(e) divorced? If so then send a copy of the court records of your case.
o The death certificate of your prior fiancé(e) or spouse.  Did you have a prior marriage that ended in death. If so then get a copy of the death certificate and submit.
o Personal letters outlining the details of your separation. Were you ever separated from a spouse. Submit the separation documents.
o Notarized affidavits of relatives, friends, neighbors, or other knowledgeable associates. Each affidavit
must conform to the guidelines as stated below: This is a letter from 3 of the people stated, that can attest to the fact that you have a genuine relationship. It must contain all of what is outlined below.
Each affidavit must contain the following information regarding the person making the
affidavit:
o His or her full name and address;
o Date and place of birth
o Relationship to you, if any;
o Full information concerning the event (the event is your courtship); and
o Complete details concerning how he or she acquired knowledge of the event."

You should reply with a notation if you do not have any of those events or requirements. Be very through with your reply. This is an RFE that you must prove without a doubt the two of you have a genuine relationship. Good luck.

Thank you.
I'm not good at English.

It's strange that they ask for confirmation from a person who is not a US citizen ... or I do not understand.

But I was in the US for 2.5 months.
Can we ask neighbors in the house to write such a letter?

 it totally depends on the situation they are asking you about. It can be anybody as it's said in the letter but i believe it's better if such statement comes from somebody close to you such as family, friends etc. But i'm sure you can submit few affidavits from different people to have better chances.

I've sent you my opinion on this topic in PM.

But can please @Naes, @Greenbaum and some other gurus help as @Natalia_777 gets under Multiple Filer Waiver and I believe her RFE is for an additional information in order to approve request for the waiver. I'm still newbie here (even though I read a lot lol) and can't really help on this matter. Thanks ;)

We're officially out of normal processing time. As much as I want to contact USCIS today I know they wont do anything, especially since I was updated just over a month ago with an RFE. I'd probably just be told that it can take 60 days for an RFE to be processed so I'm not going to waste my time. I've kind of gotten to the point where I hope that the NOA2 will just show up in my mailbox but that doesn't seem likely to happen today (thanks, informed delivery). Maybe the person processing my case went on vacation. I know there is still plenty of today for cases to be updated, but I guess I've just given up on getting any news. The last week I had been okay; I had limited my checked of the new site (the only one that had updated that my RFE was received) to just a few times a day so I didn't overwhelm myself, but today I'm just feeling really bummed out. I don't want to do anything but sit there and refresh it every 5 minutes.

Trying to look forward to the good things though- my team at work is doing a taco Tuesday potluck, Thursday my parents and sisters are going to our 12th Shakespeare festival, Sunday is my fiance and I's third anniversary, its the World Cup and England won their first game.

I'm a multiple filer and I was never asked for so much evidence.  Seems like there is more to the story somewhere.  Perhaps they packet they sent was incomplete originally.  Multiple filer waiver is fairly straightforward.  This seems they want some extreme proof of relationship, which isn't usually necessary at this stage.  Something just seems off...

The "rule" is 100% for K1/I134 BUT most ppl will advise you meet the 125% because soon after you marry you will have to meet it on the I864.

Basically the CO can decide for themself whether or not your income is high enough so it's better to be safe than sorry.

Also for K1/I134 you CAN report your savings as part of your income. Check out the instructions for the I134 and also threads for that form on here. You will find what income you can report, how to report it and what supporting documents you will need to prove it.

Thank you very much. I really appreciate it.

You have so much going on. Keep busy, check two times a day.  If you check more then you get in a rut that you are your own worse enemy. It plays on your mind. Just keep busy with your life and all things will begin to fall into place. If you don't already have a copy of the Packet 3 information just ask I'll post one for you. You can begin looking at what is required down the road. Some you can even finish now.
