Hey Guys, just wanted to let some of you know a few things about my NOA2. My NOA 1 was Nov 8th on the old website and Nov 10th on the new website. On June 11th, it was updated on the old website also got a notification from case tracker app that my case was approved. Yesterday I received the NOA2 in the mail and it says the notice date is June 9th (which was a Saturday). So my case must have been approved Friday or earlier and wasn't updated on the website until Monday morning and it was early in the morning when I got the case tracker notification. So, since there were not many updates this Friday, some of you guys might be getting updates on Monday. I remember someone got an approval very early in the morning on Monday even before USCIS office was open. So, hang in there. Some of you might be getting the notices soon.

Thank you for sharing, it give those of us still waiting past 7 months a better picture of what we can expect

Thank you for sharing 🙏🏻 Just want to ask , why did they ask for more proof? How many pictures did you send? Sorry for that kind of question😬 I’m just scared that we can get the same rfe

Stephen, I sent about 20-25 photos, along with dates and proof that I lived in Jakarta for 3 years. I guess they did not consider that enough to definitively prove that our meetings were within the two-year window prior to the petition and not before that two-year window. So their RFE they sent received a response from me of a 140-page "book" detailing every single meeting that I had proof of from the day we met. It included Facebook posts, Path posts, photos, credit card receipts showing that I paid for dinner at that exact restaurant on that exact date of the photo and FB post. I also sent plane tickets, passport stamps, hotel receipts, mileage statements from airlines, and any other piece of evidence that I had to show that we met when we said we met.

Hi Everyone,

I called the NVC today and was told they had received our case from USCIS and they gave me our new case#.

NOA2 was 5/24, therefore NOA2 to NVC was 25 days.

For everyone else who is at this stage, how long have you seen for NVC-Overseas Embassy?
Thank you and good luck to everyone!

Took two days for the consulate (Ukraine) to receive the case from NVC for us.  I believe they send it electronically, otherwise, there's no way it could make it there that quickly.

Times may vary depending on the country but not sure.

we are now at 222 days.we cant get a help from the congressman..whenever my fiance go to their office..they say the person who is assign to the immigration is busy and he need to go back again on a different date.my fiance called before he go there to make sure that person assigned to immigration is not busy and he was told to go again the other day.undortunately he dont have that much time in the world to always go to their office because he have job too.he have an option wherein he can sign the form online and send it to them but however whenever he tries to generate the form it is always error.today is the first time he called uscis tier 2 to have a service request.he was told that he will receive a letter after 15-30 days and gave him a reference number. HAS ANYONE CALLED TIER2 AND WAS INFORMED THE SAME THING? are we gonna believe on this?? does this really work?? HAS ANYONE EXPERIENCED GETTING APPROVED AFTER THE SAME SPIEL THAT THEY TOLD US?? 😑

I was informed of the same thing. I called USCIS, they started a service request and gave me a reference number, said I had to wait for a reponse in 15-30 days. I'm at day 214

@pinkkk When I called USCIS I received the same info from Tier 2 officer. They basically told me they would put in an inquiry and I should receive a letter updating us of our status within 2 weeks, or by June 20th. That was on June 5th.

I then contacted our congresswoman on June 6th and she also input an inquiry since we were well beyond the processing date (our NOA1 was Nov 2nd). She then told me it would take 1 to 2 weeks to receive a reply back from USCIS as well. Which was also going to be on or about June 20th.

Today I received a text to login and check our status (after already checking this morning) the text was at 2:15pm (central time) and I logged in and see our case has been approved! So it was a huge relief! Hang in there! Its so VERY hard to wait and to especially see case after case approved that is past your filing date. But keep following the process and your approval should come soon. Praying for all those left waiting!! The wait is sooo miserable!
