My fiancè sent back a RFE last week and it said delivered on the 6/6, they never updated the website so today she called USCIS to ask if they received it.

First the Tier 1 said she can see as much as you, but then she was like let me dig a little deeper and after that she was like we received the response on the 6/6,everything looks fine so now just wait for a letter on your mail soon. That's a bit weird to me, I thought Tier 1 officers knew just what was on the website like the rest of us, so it that reliable or nah?

This is pretty strange and a first from what I've seen thus far.

So I just got an email from the NVC with a scanned copy of a letter that is being sent to my fiancee with the case number and instructions....meaning my I-129 had already been approved without my knowing for probably the past few weeks.

I never received any sort of notice for my NOA2. I just now checked the old and new websites and they still only show the NOA1 date of receipt.

So I essentially have no idea what my NOA2 date was.....

Either way, it's good news for us.

So to those out there who are still waiting, it may be that you are already approved and it's in the NVC's hand but you never received your NOA2.

USCIS is baffling to say the least.

I still feel the frustration for those out there but don't fret, it will come just have to be patient. I definitely was and in the end even though I thought I was being left behind I was actually still on track.

I'll update my timeline now.

Woohooo!!!

Have you reached your congressman/woman or senator?

Yes I did, she actually inquired on june 4 which was still within normal processing time. However i again asked her to follow up yesterday since our case is now outside processing time. She called me this morning saying to wait for 3 more months😭😭then would let her know.

I'm so sorry your congresswoman wasn´t  helpful at all. Maybe try with your Senator, I've been reading you have 2 per state.

Hang in there!

They did the same thing to me. My RFE was response was delivered on May 30th but they didn't pick it up until the next day. Took me a week to figure out they had placed it in a received status since neither website was updated. Eventually they updated the newer site (but the old one still says RFE mailed). Now its just the approval/second RFE waiting game :( Good luck to you!
