I dunno if this is being selfish or not but I'm really depressed to see all the December filers being approved while we don't hear anything about our case? I'm happy for them though but feeling frustrated when I realize that hey you filed first before them? Sorry for the vent out but I really need this to calm me down

I know it's sad. Though let's just think in a positive way, theres still some people who filed way back before we did who are still waiting for their approval. So we still lucky that our month is being touched even though there are still unfinished months. They're worker faster now anyway so I think you'll have feedback anytime soon. ❤

I think that's perfectly reasonable to be frustrated about. We did it to some of October, and now December is doing it to some of us. It's definitely unfortunate for those having to wait a long time, especially 210+ these days.

All I can say is think forward 5 years, and you'll look back saying it's all worth it, and you've even wait an extra few months if you had to to be together again. It will happen,, though I know the waiting does suck for sure!

It's normal to be frustrated and you're not the only one. My NOA1 was November 14 (old site) November 16 (new site) so I'm at around 207 days as of today.

Just know that there are plenty of us still waiting around or past 7 months just like you. It's certainly not a perfect or smooth system, but a system we all have to follow nonetheless.

Ok... Need some advice VJ-ers. PLEASE

I was notified on 21 May that my address was updated. I was notified on 22 May that an RFE was mailed. Unfortunately, it went to my old address, and of course they don't forward. After waiting about 10 days and realizing that it was not possible it would take that long, I called and spoke to Customer Service. They told me that they could not do anything until 15 days has surpassed. So... in the meantime while I waited the additional days, I also sent in a trouble ticket (e-request) through the website. They gave me a trouble ticket number, and the new website showed that it was assigned to a case officer on 31 May.

Now... on 6 June (15 days), I called again to Customer Service to request a replacement letter. They then told me that since I submitted a request online, that I would have to wait until 30 days has surpassed from the time of the e-request!! #######?? So after a couple of days, I checked the website again, and it now read that the request was assigned to a case officer on 7 June!!

I am stuck waiting, and don't know what I can do. My fiancée is 3.5 months pregnant, and I need to get her here quickly for proper medical care.

What can I do?? Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

I just wanted to update you guys on my RFE. It said the criminal history question was missed. After talking  to my lawyer and seeing the original copy that was sent. We answered that question already. Soooo it’s complete bs that we were even given this RFE. I sent it back the same day. Hopefully we will get an approval soon!

Be careful...Maybe it was a "trick" RFE?

Maybe they have investigated and found out that your petitioner has a criminal charge that has not been disclosed and USCIS is giving you the opportunity to change your answer and provide the necessary evidence.

The Criminal History section is very complex, needs to be read thoroughly and should not be taken lightly.

Just a thought/warning as non-disclosure can be a flat out denial. We've seen that here before with someone else (John & Mary, if I recall correctly)....I know for a fact John (?) would have done everything for an RFE in his case.
