The new website should update tomorrow morning.

For now, you will wait about 2 weeks and then call the NVC and ask if they have your case number.  Every country is slightly different what comes next, so look up the US embassy in your country and they should have instructions online..

https://in.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/

In generally it's:

1) Get Case Number from NVC (approx 2 weeks from NOA2)

2) Schedule Medical Exam & Get results

3) Make sure the embassy has your case  (about a month from NOA2, sometimes earlier...)

4) Schedule interview

Of course there is a bunch of documents you'll want to get together, check the instructions for your embassy. Your benificiary should also be getting a call from the embassy about this as well.

Also, head on over to the June NOA2 thread for these types of thingsL

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/674074-june-2018-noa2-nvc/?page=5

Thank you so much. I really appreciate it.

Hello again guys, I really need your help.

We got a RFE, and the day after there was a letter stating that uscis wants documents of all court and police records of every conviction.

In our application we have mentioned that there was a conviction but have not sent the document. Now we have the court record, but not the one from the police as it takes longer to  acquire.

Is it okay if we send only the court record which contains all the information concerning the case and its resolution?

No... your'e going to want to send them what they asked for, otherwise they will send another RFE, or possible even deny your case.

You're just going to have to acquire the documents from the police as well if that's what they asked for.

Omg guys. My case tracker popped up we are approved when I was trying to charge my phone in the car. Our Noa 1 was for November 16th. Hang in there guys we were feeling so depressed last night but this gives me so much hope for everyone else seeing this approval. Congratulations to everyone who has been approved so far.

Congratulations! Just a bit of advice, never post anything with personal information. Black it out first so it can't be compromised including WAC #'s.

Hey guys, so like I posted before, I was approved today ( Noa1 Nov 8th old site, Nov 10th new site) and Noa2 June 11th. Only old site updated, the new one still says received. Those of you who have experience, please guide me what I should do next. I have read that after the case is approved we can start calling NVC after 2 weeks or so and get some number from them to get an interview appointment at the embassy? is this how it goes? Also, our embassy in Mumbai, India (they no longer do these interviews at the New Delhi consulate). Anyone with experience with the Mumbai consulate. Thank you very much. All the best to everyone who got approved and praying for everyone still waiting, hopefully, you guys will also hear good news today and this week. All the best.

Here is the K1 P3 letter for your Embassy. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xukUjdqnKM7yqrkqfPfl8tCao_BY2XsC/view?usp=sharing

Not knowing what Embassy you are processing through prevents us from responding to many of your questions. If you look at the profile others here, they have a flag for their country so it makes it easy for us to reply.

So if you could help yourself out and complete your profile sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

Next you'll want to go up to the blue ribbon at the top of the page and select "portals" and search for your country and read what is there for the process. Also, there will be a list of other members if you want to befriend someone and work together on your visas.

Next go to the blue ribbon and select "forums". Scroll about 3/4 way down the page till you find the sub-forums section. Find your country and select it and that is where you need to hang out to ask questions. You see everyone here is working on their process and really don't know much about yours.

Good luck.

I always caution how important the request is that USCIS makes when sending out an RFE. Of course 100% compliance is important. Before you send anything you need to go to the Police and inquire to whether you can get the records while you wait or must you submit additional forms. Of course, ask how long all this will take. If it is reasonable, like 2-4 weeks it's best you wait and send everything together. If it is going to be months then try and get something in writing that states that and include it with your answer to the RFE.

Remember, "he who has the gold makes the rules".
