We had been waiting for our case date passed the normal processing time(7 months!) and 

my fiancé( US citizen) did it yesterday

I heard he talked to the person tier 2 and she explained we had to wait till 7th July to submit the service request through online.We were thinking we might need to ask congressman/woman....but we didn't need it

Today is the day we are past normal processing time. NOA1 November 10,2017. I will wait for a while then will call them later this afternoon for inquiry. I am happy for you! One step closer of being with your fiance😊

HI everyone I am seeing some Nov 29 approvals today, I seen about 6 approvals for today. My Noa 1 is Nov 29th. I am so happy to finally see some movement.

My fiancé asked the help with the congressman last Friday. He answered this monday saying that he opened a congressional inquiry with USCIS. So I really think talking to congressman may have helped.

My NOA1 was November 14 (new site) Nov. 10 old site. I've been checking both site multiple times a day for updates for the past month, and nothing. This morning at 8 AM I crossed the Canadian border (I'm a US Citizen, I was re-entering the US). The officer says, oh by the way I can tell you your application was approved on the 6th and the notice was mailed yesterday. Anyways, its almost noon now on the 8th and the new website has just been updated to say Approved on June 7, and the old website has not been updated.

Omggggg I am freaking out right now!!! I just saw that in my mail for this afternoon us a letter from USCIS!!!!! No update on either website as of now so I will have to wait until this afternoon to see what the letter says. We have been waiting since Nov. 10th!!!!

Hi guys! I have been following silently and today I finally received great news. Yesterday we got approved so I decided to post our dates!!!

NOA1: Nov 14th (new website) Nov 16th (old website)

NOA2: June 7th (old website)

 

PS: I was notified by the old website, no email and no update on the new website.

I was afraid our case was going to take longer because I’m puertorrican which means I don’t have senator nor representative and my fiancé, who lives in Spain and is in process of getting his spanish citizenship, applied with his salvadorian citizenship.

 

I already updated my timeline.

We were the same NOA1 date, and same approval date. I didn't ever contact USCIS or representatives so who knows if it's actually helping or just coincidence that people are getting approved after contacting.

Good to know! Could just be timing, they finally got to our box / the person came back from vacation... or something... either way, I'm happy for all the approvals being posted today!
